WHAT ARE WE SELLING AND HOW TO RECEIVE FILES?
Mygrafico sells ONLY DIGITAL GOODS. We do not sell or ship physical products. All our files are compressed with ZIP and that is what you will download. After downloading zip file, right click on it and extract actual graphics out. Each item comes with Industry standard formats:
- Photoshop templates comes as PSD format.
- Vector designs come as EPS format.
- Traditional media designs come as 300 dpi JPEG or PNG formats.
Product files sometimes include several formats. All clipart files are individually saved without background ( PNG files) Please read product description pages to understand what you will receive. A few of our products come is PDF format. These are usually our printable templates.
IF YOUR DOWNLOAD LINKS ARE NOT WORKING?
Please note that our LINKS EXPIRE IN 30 DAYS OR 15 CLICKS. If your links are expired please contact us on the form below stating your order number.
If the links you received are not clickable, then you must copy and paste the entire link ( include http:// ) to your internet browser’s address bar and open. This should automatically download your product.
Alternatively you can LOGIN to your account and download files under ORDER HISTORY page.
IF YOU WANT TO RE-ACTIVATE YOUR PREVIOUS DOWNLOAD LINKS ?
Please keep in mind MYGRAFICO has 60 days POLICY to keep your data. It is your responsibility to back up your files. After 60 days period we cannot guarantee that items will still be available in our store. We can reactivate available files only. Files retired in our RETIREMENT SALE cannot be activated as these are announced as retiring products; naturally they will be retired from our store after the sale is over.
IF YOU HAVE LOGIN PROBLEMS?
Some browser settings may block Mygrafico and keep it from functioning properly, so make sure to enable 3rd party cookies. Clean temporary internet files and cookies and restart your browser. If the problem persists, please use a different browser (ie FIREFOX , Internet Explorer or Chrome browser.) If you still experience issues try disabling your firewall and virus program during registration or checkout. In some countries, certain internet providers such as South Africa Telkomsa.net may block our features and it is not possible to control this from our end. In this case please contact us.
IF YOU HAVE PENDING ORDERS AFTER YOU PAID?
We send download links automatically after successful payment. If you paid with and E-CHECK ( if you do not have funds in your PAYPAL and you do not have any credit card assigned to it, Paypal will use your bank account and send E-CHECK), it may take up to 3, 5 business day your payment clears. After payment clears we will manually process your order. Make sure you back up your PAYPAL account with a credit card or keep funds in there before purchasing.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED DOWNLOAD LINKS?
PAYPAL ORDERS: Download links sent instantly after payment is received. Download link emails may go into Junk or Spam folder. Especially if you have default spam filters like Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail accounts have. If you have not received your links in 10 minutes please Login to your account and check the status of your order. If it is completed your links can be downloaded under your Order History page.
MONEYBOOKERS ORDERS: Please note that our staff manually process all MONEYBOOKERS orders during the day. Order links sent after manual processing and it may take longer to receive links, especially holidays.This option is not INSTANT DOWNLOAD.
