Cupcake Cutiees  reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice.

Use of Cupcake Cutiees Shop Content
You may use the Service, the Site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works solely for
your non-commercial, personal purposes unless item is labeled "Commercial Use". No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise.  Cupcake Cutiees reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content.
Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use.

 

Freebies 
Freebies many not be used for any type of commerical use without the written consent of Cupcake Cutiees.
Freebies are intended for personal use.

Commerical Use
Items labeled Commercial use are intented for designer resources and may not be used as a whole.  You may not sell them as is, collage sheets, digital downloads, or  clipart. They must be altered in some form. You may not sell them as a whole package. .No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you as a result of downloading or buying such Content. Cupcake Cutiees reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content.

Graphics may not be claimed as your own.

Zazzle and cafe press

Printed Paper Products (stationary, cards, business cards, logos, tags )

Embroidery

Jewelry and mixed media

Web Design

Craft Projects (bookmarks, bag toppers, games etc. as long as it is a printed item)

 Birthday Sets  (banners, cards, games, cupcake toppers, as long as it is a printed item)

. You may display your product digitally but not send as a digital download.

Digital Cards as long as it is sold as a JPEG flattened and not on a white background.

 

 

 

You may NOT use for

Collage sheets,

Clip art or AS IS

SVG Files

DIgital File or Digital Download (unless stated in individual sets)

Catalog use without consent

Rubber Stamps without Cupcake Cutiees consent

 

 

Collage Sheets  may NOT be sold as a digital or printed page. You may not sell or share the printed collage sheets.

Personal Use
Items labeled personal use may be used only for your personal designs. You may not share, redistribute or use in freebies.

 Neither of license purchases give you copyrights. Cupcake Cutiees hold all copyrights to items. 

Refunds
No refunds will be give due to the nature of the product. I reserve the right to modify discounts at any time.
