Zenware Designs reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.

USE OF ZENWARE DESIGNS SHOP CONTENT
You may use the Service, the Site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes. No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise.  Zenware Designs reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use. IN OTHER WORDS, YOU ABSOLUTELY MAY NOT RESELL MY ARTWORK IN KITS OR AS SETS. YOU MAY SELL IT AS EMBROIDERY DIGITAL FILES.

YOU CANNOT RESELL OUR PRODUCTS AS:
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AS IS or ALTERED, HOWEVER, DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY IS OK
AS CLIPART /ELEMENT SET even its gathered with other elements.
AS LAYERED TEMPLATE (where your customer can extract our design)
CREATING A COLLAGE SHEET FOR ETSY OR ZAZZLE type of websites as same clipart

USE OF DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
Freebies: None of the Zenware Designs freebies posted on mygrafico is for commercial use.

LICENSE INFORMATION
All items besides freebies can be used for commerical purposes ONLY IF you give credit to Zenware Designsand/or a copyright credit such as Copyright © Zenware Designs. This credit info/link MUST BE placed where ever the art is used. This means it must placed next to the art itself. If you do not wish to do this you MUST purchase a commercial license fee of $20 per item, then no credit is needed.

Commercial Credit Required: Please make sure to Credit Zenware Designs with a clickable link wherever the design is displayed (design by Zenware Designs)
Commercial Use No Credit Needed: Please purchase commercial license to use this item for Profit and resale and you do not need to Credit.
Non-Profit Use:  PERSONAL and NON profit use. Credit required.

LIMITATIONS:
1- Neither of license purchases give you copyrights. ALL COPYRIGHTS REMAIN WITH ZENWARE DESIGNS.
2- You cannot sell any Zenware Designs products as is (AS SET, DIGITAL PRODUCT OR TEMPLATE, AS PART OF A CATALOG OR KIT.)
3. Converting & selling Zenware Designs products as digitized embroidery files is ok.
4. Graphics can not be altered or added to and be claimed as your own.
5. Graphics can used for Print on Demand services such as Cafepress or Zazzle. You MUST purchase a print on demand commercial license fee per set.

REFUNDS:
Due to the digital nature of ITEMS , there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically.

DISCOUNTS:
Zenware Designs reserves the right to modify discounts at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.
