Simple Herringbone templates/overlays. Comes in a variety of colors and patterns. These files are editable and are png files, which meaneas all of the white stuff you see is actually transparent when used in a graphics editor program (word document does not keep background removed on a png file). You can use paint, Photoshop, GIMP, or a digital scrapbook editor for best results.
